3. Counter-Notice: If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice with:

   • A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you agree to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and will accept service of process from the complainant.
4. Repeat Infringers: TorqueFlip reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
